Joel is a HCPC registered Educational and Child Psychologist with 12 years of experience in education. Previously a class teacher, Joel achieved an MSc in Psychology (2018-2019) before completing a Doctorate in Educational and Child Psychology at The University of Manchester (2021-2024). For his doctoral research, Joel developed a system of evaluation to capture meaningful outcomes within a Portage service, supporting young children with complex needs. This has led Joel to maintain a keen interest in early intervention and support within Early Years.
Joel is passionate about supporting systemic change and meaningful inclusive practice to ensure all children and young people achieve their full potential.

Kelly is a qualified Child and Educational Psychologist, registered with the HCPC. Kelly has over ten years teaching experience as a qualified teacher, specialising in Early Childhood Education. Alongside her teaching role, Kelly worked as a subject leader in mathematics, Quality Moderation Facilitator for the Local Authority, and as a SE
Kelly is a qualified Child and Educational Psychologist, registered with the HCPC. Kelly has over ten years teaching experience as a qualified teacher, specialising in Early Childhood Education. Kelly's research interests include factors impacting organisational change and implementation in education organisations. Kelly presented her doctoral research findings internationally at the 2025 International Psychology Society Association (ISPA) in Portugal and is a guest speaker at The University of Manchester. Kelly has a keen interest in organisational change and supporting systems to enable positive change to support the best outcomes for all children and young people in our diverse communities.
